The correct phone number to contact Police if the subject is seen is 703-993-2810. Subject is a white male, 6 feet tall, wearing a white/gray hoodie, jeans, or Adidas pants.

A gas leak was reported at Academic VII construction site near Merten Hall. Only the construction site has been evacuated. No university buildings are impacted and there is no danger to surrounding buildings or the public. University Police and Fairfax City Fire and Rescue are on scene. The natural gas leak on the Academic VII construction site has been stopped. The gas company is on scene conducting repairs. All roadways have reopened. Thank you, Mason Alert
